Does the first call cost anything?
No. Your first call is free and there is no obligation to go ahead. Mitesh will explain exactly how he is paid before you commit to anything.
I’m a first home buyer. Where do I even start?
Right here. On your call Mitesh will work out roughly what you can borrow, what deposit you need and which government schemes or grants you may be eligible for, then map out the steps from pre-approval to settlement.
Can you help with a construction or land and build loan?
Yes. Construction loans are one of Mitesh’s specialties. He will help you structure the loan around your land settlement and builder’s progress payments, and coordinate with your builder and conveyancer so nothing is held up.
How long does the process take?
Every situation is different. As a guide, a refinance often takes around four weeks and a purchase usually takes four to twelve weeks, depending on your settlement date and lender. Mitesh will give you a realistic timeline on your call.
